DigiFold Pro for COJO
Increased focus on variable digital printing for Sydney-based mailing and fulfilment house, COJO, highlighted the need for a Morgana DigiFold Pro to manage its digital media.
Rod Jones, owner of COJO says as a financed finishing machine installed six weeks ago, the monthly saving on labour covers its lease cost. “As we migrate into a more digital environment it has taken the scoring function from the bigger machines, allowing them to do other work.
“Weighing up the pros and cons, the DigiFold Pro won through as it saves us time and labour by having the creasing and folding function in the same machine,” said Jones.
Complementing its recent NexPress purchase, the major consideration for COJO was a finishing products ability to crease and fold digital print up to 6,000 sheets per hour without cracking while also saving time.

Andy Cooper, general manager of digital print finishing at Morgana ANZ says three container loads of DigiFold Pro have been sold since PrintEx and will be arriving in three-week intervals. “The Pro is designed for personalised and high quality mailing, for creasing and folding".
DigiFold has been one of Morgana’s best selling products since it was first introduced in 2001.
Roy West of Roy West Graphics, authorised Morgana reseller says the addition of the DigiFold Pro has allowed COJO to “overcome the problem of cracking media, normally associated with the folding and creasing of paper printed on a digital printer".
