Technical & Customer Support Engineer

Location: Rochester - New York State

We are currently recruiting a Technical & Customer Support Engineer to be based at our Support Centre in Rochester New York State.

This is a wide ranging technical role supporting our customer and dealer base in North America. The candidate should have a background in the printing & graphic arts industry and ideally have a knowledge of finishing equipment and applications.

No formal qualifications are required, however the candidate must demonstrate good electro-mechanical problem solving skills and be able to operate and demonstrate equipment across our entire product range.

Travel throughout North America will be required and the ability to support and train our dealers is essential to the role.
